Please send an email to customerservice@tjsequineappraisers.com to receive an authorization to return merchandise. Returned packages without a valid return authorization number will be refused.
Shipping charges are not refundable and you will be additionally responsible for any other shipping or return shipping charges that may apply. If you originally qualified for free shipping and your return puts your order total below the free shipping amount, you will also be responsible for the original order shipping charge.
